4" secondary, dual mot with level shifter, ballasted with HID lamp choke, vacuum cleaner blown gap and an MMC cap. could do better.....but this coil is now retired, originally had problems with racing arcs, the damage to the secondary built up even after repair attemps (the enamel on the wire left some carbon, resulting in inter-turn arcing0 and now i cant be bothered to repair it, but the last few runs i ran it with a garden blower on he spark gap and a larger top load, with improved performance, but unfortunately I havn't any video of those runs. Amazingly, frequent hits to the primary (you can see a strike to the MO caps in this vid) only resulted in the death of one diode on the doubler, and all my mmc caps survived and still function to this day (this vid was taken about a year ago).
